The service development process will involve bringing the service cohort together, including service users and providers to:
- Identify the issue/s or area for growth based on available data, client needs and organisational strategic directions
- Develop a service development plan and engage the people and resources required for implementation
- Identify workforce development plan to strengthen service capabilities
- Develop and implement a communication plan for all service stakeholders and,
- Evaluation and ongoing monitoring of the efficacy of the service development
